To download, read the pdf document and play the internet musical examples, you’ll need to download and install two additional Freeware browser plug-ins, Adobe Reader and the Myriad Music Plug-In. Upon hearing the word "Plug-in," eyes glaze and minds fog. I know mine did. Most of us know little about how plug-ins work or where to install them. Thankfully, the directions for downloading and reading this book on your computer are relatively simple and requires the minimum of computer expertise and time to download and install. Before you purchase and download the book click on link #5 in
the column to the left "How To Use It" for instructions
for downloading and installing Adobe Reader and the Myriad Music
Plug-In. It is recommended that you install these first. Please note that you Do Not Need to fill
out the ON THE DOWNLOAD PAGE,
Click on the link to download the book.
Next you'll see the Adobe Reader plug-in loading. 
After the Adobe Reader plug-in loads the Internet Explorer Browser window will return to your computer screen and your pdf file will begin downloading. The following window of the ebook’s title page will appear in your browser window. Be patient! The size of the PDF book file is 3.1 Mb. Download times may vary according to your line, and modem speed and computer. Faster lines and modems will download faster. 
Wait until the file has completed loading to your browser then click on the "Save As" icon in the Adobe Reader menu bar (circled above). You can view the progress of the download by looking at the bottom of your browser 
The file will have a name composed of a long string of numbers and letters. Rename and save your copy of the PDF file as “Forward Motion.” The PC “Save As” window looks like this:
